What can I say, except that everyone loved it! It's not the typical wedding dress that you'd see in the south, so it fit well with my non-conforming personality.

The dress was designed by Jessica McClintock. It's called "Claire." It's made out of Samantha satin and feels wonderfully soft when put on. It has a "fake" train which was all I wanted dragging behind me through MY day. The veil you see in the catalog pictures also came with the dress, so it was a bargain. Everyone said I looked beautiful in it, so I'll take their word for it. It was very comfortable and felt great to wear!

If you like nontraditional clothes and would like something different and affordable to wear to your wedding (mine was only ~$300), I would definitely look into a Jessica McClintock catalog.
